What is your return or exchange policy?

Rest easy, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days for items purchased at melin.com. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

We offer four options for returns and exchanges.

1. Exchange for another color and/or size
2. Exchange for a new style
3. Return for store credit
4. Return for a refund back to the original payment method.

We will begin processing your new order or email your eGift Card as soon as the Return Bar processes your exchange.

Shipping charges are not refundable. All sales are final for international orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
